At Seagull Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
